HOW TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GENUINE, CERTIFIED ORGANIC SUMABE GREEN COFFEE OR A 'TAKE-OFF'.
SUMABE CERTIFICATE OF ORGANIC
We are often asked about fake Sumabe products or receive OPERATION ECOCERT SA

We are often asked about fake Sumabe products or receive enquiries about other products or companies claiming to be associated with Sumabe products, sometimes they use clever twists in advertising, other times by blatant customer deception. We have experienced this first hand in several countries.
Companies sometimes write that their product is "original" Green Coffee or #1 etc, whilst most trading companies are genuine, there are also unscrupulous trading companies found to sell instant coffee or starch powder combined with coffee flavouring, they may blend it with unregulated chemicals to deliver weight loss by toxin, it is a short term quick dollar and a hazard for consumers.
Basically, other manufactures do not have access to our highest quality, certified organic ingredients and it is almost impossible to imitate our quality flavour. Sumabe Green Coffee powder is very fine, regular in shape and has NO SUGAR in it. Added sugar can be a sign of ingredients added to lessen production price. If you are at all concerned that you may have obtained a fake Sumabe product, please contact us immediately, the integrity of our products is paramount. We have listed below some typical questions we receive from our customers in this regard and have displayed several products that claim to be associated with Sumabe Green Coffee for which they are not.
Question?
I know Sumabe offers private label, how do I tell if the product I have is a genuine or non-genuine product from Sumabe?
Answer:
We
have many very responsible distributors around the world, but unfortunately, there are also those that
claim to be associated with Sumabe, but are clearly not. You will find
some examples of Sumabe genuine and non-genuine products below.
Question?
What is the difference with products I see advertised which claim to be Green Coffee that have different ingredients than Sumabe products?
Answer:
Importantly,
our coffee is TRUE Green Coffee, it contains Certified Organic, green grown Coffea
Arabica from a specific region which contains an unusually high,
naturally occurring content of Chlorogenic Acid. As our coffee is
organic, the % does vary from batch to batch, however on
recent analysis, per 10gram sachet containing 65% Coffea
Arabica, the Chlorogenic Acid content reported an outstanding 62.7%.
Question?
Where does the name Green Coffee come from or what does it mean?
Answer:
Our Coffea
Arabica (Arabica Coffee) is organically or "Green" grown, it contains
10% Green Coffee Extract and has the enhanced Chlorogenic Acid content
that no other coffee has yet been able to to.
